Delete Your Account

You can delete your FaceSwap AI account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.
Option 1 - Delete from the App (fastest)
- Open FaceSwap AI.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account is deleted and you are signed out immediately.
Option 2 - Request by Email
If you no longer have the App installed, email support@faceswapai.app from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and profile details (name, email, profile photo).
- Photos and videos you uploaded.
- The face swaps generated for you.
- Your push notification token.
- Creations stored on your device.
What May Be Retained
- Records we are required to keep by law, such as transaction records for tax purposes.
- Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
- Content you have already downloaded or shared elsewhere - we cannot remove that.
Important - Cancel Your Subscription First
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Google Play or the App Store, so you must cancel there separately or billing will continue. See our Refund Policy for the steps.
This Cannot Be Undone
Account deletion is permanent. Save anything you want to keep to your device before deleting.
