Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FaceSwap AI mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who Can Use the App
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
2. Your Account
You sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload a photo or video of another person without their clear permission.
- Create content that impersonates someone in a misleading or harmful way.
- Create sexual, defamatory, hateful, harassing or violent content, or content involving minors.
- Create content that is unlawful or infringes anyone's rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the App or our systems.
- Resell or commercially redistribute the service without our written permission.
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
4. Your Content
You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service to you - generating your results and making them available in your account. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account.
You confirm that you have the rights to any content you upload.
5. Generated Content
Results are produced by an automated model. Quality varies with the input, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. You are responsible for how you use and share what you create.
6. Templates and Intellectual Property
Templates, artwork, branding and the App itself are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing here transfers ownership of them to you.
7. Premium Subscriptions
- Premium unlocks unlimited swaps, all premium templates, no watermark and priority rendering.
- Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancel any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Where a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and by the store's own policies.
8. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
